We are hiring an administrator

Would you like to work in a growing company? We are looking for someone who can take on an administrative role at Koppom Maskin. Initially, you will take on tasks that relieves your new colleagues. Later on you will have the opportunity to create your own routines and work tasks.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

You will be a support in our machine sales. In short, this includes creating quotations, managing contacts with banks and clients about payments, billing, shipping and similar things. You will also manage environmental reports and reports to authorities such as Intrastat.

Other tasks will develop over time, but at the core what we want is someone who can unburden both large and small tasks that occur in the daily work.

Since this is a new work role, there are great opportunities to form it yourself, of course within some given frames and full support from your colleagues.

Who are you?

We believe that you are someone who likes varied tasks and that you are able to create your own routines.

As a person, you are organized, communicative and likes to take own initiatives where you see needed.

Experience of administrative work and Visma Administration is a merit. Computer skills and/or ability to familiarize yourself with new computer software is a requirement.
