Koppom Maskin, the family business
Tommy Jorälv started Koppom Maskin in his own workshop in 1967. The business began at small scale, buying and selling used forestry machinery, and has now grown into one of the largest players in the industry, both within and beyond the borders of Sweden.
Our goal: everything you need for your forestry machine
Today, Koppom Maskin has one of the world's largest inventories of both new and used forestry machine parts. We sell 250-300 used forestry machines annually and also operate a dismantling workshop that enables the reuse of tens of thousands of parts from approximately 100 forestry machines per year. About 70% of the harvesters and forwarders sold each year are exported, and the plan is to
continue our expansion beynd the borders of Sweden.
Our well-established market in Croatia made the establishment of the subsidiary Koppom Maskin d.o.o. a natural step to take in 2021. In 2022, the construction of our first facility in Slatina, Croatia, was initiated. Here, we are creating a hub that enables faster deliveries to large parts of Europe. Koppom Maskin d.o.o. will conduct operations similar to what we do in Sweden today, including machine and spare parts sales, dismantling, and workshop services.

Few intermediaries = low prices
We design and develop our own brands without intermediaries, and we operate our own forestry machine dismantling, generating tens of thousands of used spare parts annually. This allows you as a customer to pay the lowest possible prices without compromising on quality.
Quick deliveries
We understand that the need for a spare part often appears suddenly. We also know that downtime is extremely costly. Therefore, we work hard to deliver your parts as quickly as we can – if you place an order in the morning, we'll ship it the same day.
