Impact-resistant and shatterproof shields for forestry machines

All our replacement shields are made of polycarbonate, the same type of thermoplastic used in most original shields on modern forestry machines. Polycarbonate is an ideal material for forestry machine shields as it is highly impact-resistant, shatterproof, and also provides clarity while offering some protection against UV rays from the sun.

When the unexpected happens, the need for a new shield can arise suddenly. We place great importance on delivering as quickly as possible to minimize downtime in the forest for our customers. That’s why our inventory always includes a wide selection of shields for a variety of brands, and we also have the ability to customize shields according to your needs.

Three different thicknesses

The majority of our replacement shields are 12 mm thick and made of a single, monolithic polycarbonate sheet.

20,4 mm 20.4 mm thick shields are available to fit John Deere's
E and G series, and newer Komatsu machines. These shields are

• triple-layered, meaning that three thinner layers of polycarbonate have been fused together to provide added strength

• Thermoformed for a perfect fit and optical clarity

• approved according to ISO-21576

• homologated for use according to OEM specifications

If you need shields for an older forestry machine, there are also 10 mm thick shields available, suited for many older machines.
