Here you can read about the terms and conditions for payments, deliveries, warranties and returns when you purchase something from Koppom Maskin. Contact us if you have any questions.
Payment and pricing
- Payment alternatives
- Pre-payment by bank transfer for all export customers
- Swish (only applies to Swedish residents)
- All pricing is listed excluding VAT
- Shipping- and packaging costs are not included in our product pricing
- We reserve ourselves the right to update our pricing
At delivery
- Always make sure that the product is undamaged when it arrives
- Damage caused by transportation is reported to the shipping company
- Damage that has not occurred during shipping is immediately reported to Koppom Maskin. Never use a defect product, since this may make your warranty invalid.
- A product that is damaged at delivery must be reported within 8 days.
Warranty
New spare parts and accessories
For new parts, the respective manufacturer’s own warranty terms apply. Contact us for more information about the warranty terms for specific parts.
Used spare parts and accessories
Compensation
In the event of an approved warranty claim, the part will be replaced with an equivalent part or corresponding credit issued. Costs for installation and removal are not covered.

Used condition grades
Our used parts are divided into six different grading categories with corresponding warranty terms: KM Certified, Grade A, Grade B, Grade C, Grade D (no warranty), and Grade E (no warranty).
The grading of the parts is indicated either in our listings or through information provided by our spare parts sales representatives.
Warranty periods for used condition grades
KM Certified: 6 months warranty. Koppom Maskin covers shipping costs.
Grade A: 3 months warranty. Koppom Maskin covers shipping costs.
Grade B: 3 months warranty. Koppom Maskin covers shipping costs.
Grade C 3 months warranty. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Grade D: No warranty.
Grade E: No warranty.
Use of warranty
- Contact one of our sellers directly when you discover a damage you suspect fall under the product's warranty.
- Provide the additional information requested by the salesperson. Never return an item without first speaking with a salesperson.
Applies to new products: Wait for the warranty claim to be assessed by the product’s manufacturer. Once a claim has been approved by the manufacturer, you will primarily be compensated with an identical or equivalent product, and secondarily with a refund.
Returns
- When you return an item that we keep in stock, you get 90 % of net amount back.
- Right to return an item does not apply to special orders or out of stock items.
How to return an item
- Always contact one of our sellers before you send an item back
- State the reason for your return
- Attach a copy of the current invoice when returning the goods
